WHAT IS STAFFII?
STAFFII is a Non-Explosive Demolition Agent. It is a powder, when mixed with common clean water has an amazing expansive force. When poured into predrilled cylindrical holes in concrete or rock, it hardens and expands, safely and silently cracking the object to be demolished.
STAFFII is the ultimate alternative to explosives and other dangerous materials. STAFFII provides a selective, quiet and efficient method of demolition according to drilling patterns. STAFFII makes it very easy to break all kinds of natural stone and reinforced concrete into desired shapes and sizes, without ground vibration, noise or dust. STAFFII is cost effective and more importantly environmentally friendly.
Concrete cutting and Excavating is the initial part of demolition, STAFFII provides the ability to crack or break rocks/stones into manageable shapes and sizes as required and needed. Making cutting and disposing of rebar easier without harming or breaching the foundation of the remainder of the rock/stone.
Stone quarrying and mining using STAFFII provides you with an alternative to blasting, resulting in perfect slabs. With this non-blasting alternative you cause no damage or waste to valuable stone/rock like granite, limestone, marble, etc making rock quarrying more cost efficient.
STAFFII is also compatible to more common and traditional methods such as jack hammering, diamond blade sawing and hydraulic breaking, limiting the results of time consumption and cost consumption.
